Inhale the future. Exhale the past.

Heard this the other day and it struck me that most are afraid to face the future, what's ahead, and all they do is dwell on the past.

Jesus died for each one of us so we could have life. So, why are we stewing and fretting what lies ahead.

I learned a long time ago that regretting past choices does nothing to change my future. So, I've taken those negative thoughts and replaced it with a hope in a better tomorrow, and trusting in Jesus to get me there.

TIme's a wastin' friends. This life is short. Live it to the fullest and be thankful you are breathing and upright today.

There’s hope in Jesus.
