When 'no' is the answer?

As a parent, often it pained me to say “no.”

When we ask God for something and He says “no,” how do we react?

Do we get angry or curse God?

Looking back on my life, I’ve seen times where God clearly said no. Sometimes I couldn’t understand why.

Even though we may feel rejected or punished by God, He always knows what’s best, and may be purposely guiding us in a different direction.

Accept the unanswered prayer, or the unresolved questions in life, and know that God’s got something better for you.

Isaiah 46:11 - “From the east I summon a bird of prey; from a far-off land, a man to fulfill my purpose. What I have said, that I will bring about; what I have planned, that I will do.”
