Answered prayers.

We all know there’s no such thing as a ‘genie in a bottle.’ But some often think that they can ask God for anything and He’ll give it to them.

We go against the nature of God when we ask for something in His name and it’s not in His will.

I’ll admit it’s hard to ask for something and say, “only if it’s your will for me, God.” Knowing good and well, that even if it’s not His will, I want it anyway.

God knows our past, present and future. You have to believe that whatever the answer to your prayer is, that it is His will and for your good.

Trust God. Give Him your heart and trust that His will be done in all things. Rejoice always, pray continually and give thanks to God no matter what.

1 John 5:14-15 - “This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. And if we know that he hears us—whatever we ask—we know that we have what we asked of him.”
