The best gift you can give a child is a good example.

The world seems to be lacking more heroes. Those people who go above and beyond to help the fellow man. What happened? When did this all break down?

In my opinion, it happens in the home. If that child lacks a good role model, then their journey in life will lack guidance.

A role model exhibits character in a way that makes an impact. It's not just about following the example of a good person. Ultimately, the real example is Jesus himself. The best role models are those who live a humble life, pointing their successes to Jesus.

Whether it’s your own child or a child that you are in contact with on a regular basis, they are watching you. As a role model, make sure you provide motivation, inspiration, and support in whatever they have an interest in.
