Nourishment.

All living things must have nourishment to survive. That includes plants, animals and people. If not properly taken care of, the outcome could be devastating.

As a Christian, our one and only true source of survival comes from God. Without Him as our lifeline, we will eventually fail to live our best life and become a victim of this world’s destruction.

Take care of your body. It’s the only one you will have. You make the choices of what you eat, how you move and who you associate with. The most important of these daily choices is who you serve, how you spend your spiritual time and who you follow.

Choose God for your sustenance of daily living and He will take care of the rest.

Matthew 25: 35-36 - “For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.”
