God gave us family.
Do you sometimes wonder why you were put in the family you have?
The family was God's idea – an integral part of being human. God affirms families. He intended them to be something powerful for good, places of belonging and trust, of learning and loving.
Families are where we can feel love and learn how to love others. Life is tough, and we need people we can lean on.
Whether you were born from your mother and dad, or whether you were adopted into your family, God’s plan for family is the greatest of His gifts.
We are very fortunate as Children of God and as Christians that we have two families: our natural families that we are born into and our spiritual family that God has given us!
Families support each other when times are tough and there will come a day when they celebrate together when the storms have passed.
I’m so thankful for my family, some of whom have passed, some who are still with me, and the kids and grandkids God has blessed me with.
Stay close to your loved ones. Pray for them, encourage them and love them most of all.
Psalm 133:1 - “How good and pleasant it is when God’s people live together in unity!”
