Who are you leaning on?

Since the beginning of time, man has made a mess of things. We think we know better and often try to do life on our own. As a Christian, leaning on our own understanding will often lead to a dead end or to unresolved conflict. We saw what a mess was made when Adam and Eve took matters into their own hands and caused sin to evolve.

God is not looking for people that can lead; He is looking for men and women who can follow.

Nothing good ever came from an arrogant person who prided himself in his accomplishments.

All that I have is because of Jesus. There’s not a day that goes by that I don’t thank Him for my life. It may not be all that I imagined, but He has blessed me along the way.

Lean on God. He’s the source of life. His shoulders are broad and His love is everlasting.

Philippians 4:6 - “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.”
