Godly Generations.

Growing up in a large family gave so much meaning to my life. It showed me love and compassion, and I feel so fortunate to have had loving, God-fearing parents.

Now as my children are raising their children, I’m in awe of seeing God work through this next generation.

Throughout the life of a church, you will see generations of Christians come and go. Their goal is to teach their children about God and to also tell the stories about how God changed their lives for the better.

Teach your kids or little ones in your life how to pray, how to be thinkers so they’re not easily influenced. Teach them from the Bible, and teach them to worship so they learn how to connect with God.

And finally, lead by example. Show your kids and others, what it looks like to be a Christian, and the next generation can be prepared to carry on God’s word for the next generation.

Deuteronmy 6:6-8 - “These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.  Tie them as symbols on your hands and bind them on your foreheads.”
