Restoration.

I used to love to restore old furniture; taking something old and worn out and turning it into a beautiful and useful piece of art.

But what about our life as a Christian? We know a God who can restore lives. When our life falls apart and our hope is fading, God steps in to renew our very souls.

Restoration doesn’t necessarily mean life will look like it did before desolation came our way. But with the restoration God gives, we will certainly be renewed. If you find yourself in a desperate or lonely situation, turn your eyes and heart toward God.

For me, He has repaired and restored my broken self many times and I know He will continue to do so.

When life is hard and suddenly things start to improve, I look for God in the details. What an amazing gift to see God work in our lives. Let God guide you in the hard times and lead you to a better more fulfilling life.

God took my broken sinful heart and restored it into a beautiful child of God. Let God’s restoration take hold of your life today.

1 Peter 5:10 - “And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal gloryin Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast.”
