Challenges ahead.

I have had my fair share of trials in my walk with God; times when I wondered if it was just me in the battle, and where in the world was God.

We live in a cruel world and as a Christian I know that there’s no exceptions when it comes to being tested. But this is where faith comes in. Faith is the one thing that keeps me fighting. Without my faith in God, I would have given up a long time ago.

I serve a mighty God who knows me by name, who loves me like no other and the One Who has already prepared a place for me in Heaven.

Having faith in God equips me for the challenges in my future. I may not know what will come at me today, but I do know that God will be with me. I am never alone.

God knows the level of our faith, but we may not. He often allows challenges, trials, and tests to help us realize what we must work on with Jesus. Our faith is alive and needs to be exercised just like our muscles.

We will face trials, that’s a given. Be prepared and lean on God. It says in 2 Corinthians 12:9 that when we are weak He is strong.

2 Corinthians 12:9 - “But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.”
