The cemetery.

The cemetery is literally the last place any of us want to be. It’s considered to be the last departing location of where we say our goodbyes to our loved ones.

But does it have to be? As a Christian, the cemetery is nothing more than a hotel where the body has checked in, waiting for Christ to check us out to be with Him in Heaven someday.

I find hope in that my reservation has been made. I gave up my old life and gained a new life in Christ many years ago.

They say there are two things that are certain in this life. Death and taxes. Some people may get away with not paying their taxes, but no one escapes death.

Have you reserved your future home, or are you thinking you’ll have plenty of time to decide later? What if today was your last day here on earth?

Get right with God today. If you’re still breathing, you still have time.

Fix your hope on God.

1 Thessalonians 4:14 - “For we believe that Jesus died and rose again, and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him.”
