Decisions.
According to some sources, the average adult makes 33-35,000 decisions each day, including what to eat, what to wear, what to say, and how to say it.
Our brains get tired when we work them too hard, and then they get lazy. That’s when decision fatigue and bad decisions happen.
There’s one decision, the most important one that we will make in our lifetime, and that is, where we want to spend eternity.
I made that decision when I was a teenager and sealed my destiny forever. That doesn’t mean that I didn’t make bad or unwise decisions after that. On the contrary. But, it does mean that I have peace knowing that I have a God who loves me, forgives me when I mess up, and picks me up when I fall, each and every day.
What about you? Have you decided where you’ll spend the rest of your life, after this one is over?
Say yes to Jesus today. It will be the best decision of your life.
Proverbs 3:5-6 - “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.”
