Motivation.
I’m in a profession where I motivate people. It’s very rewarding to watch my clients achieve their goals and encouraging them can give them the confidence they need to stay on task.
Our actions as a Christian should be geared to motivate and encourage others toward Christ. Our own personal passion matters because God cares more about who we are becoming than what we are achieving. Our motives determine what we do, who we are and who we will become.
Ask God to empower you to reflect love in every service you provide. Allow God to use you as a conduit of His love, kindness and compassion toward others.
One act of motivation gives power to everything else, and that pleases God.
Hebrews 10:24-25 - “And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.”
