Connected.

As a person grows into adulthood, they typically meet new people in their job, church or community. Some people pass through our lives, as others become a part of our most closest relationships.

But, what about being spiritually connected? We are meant to fit together like bricks in a building. As long as we remain in God’s word, and we keep a close relationship with Him, and share our story with others, we can stay connected where it matters.

No one succeeds or fulfills purpose alone. We need each other. The Bible tells us in John 15:5, ‘that a branch cannot produce fruit on its own.’ We cannot accomplish anything meaningful in our lives without a connection to Christ. Without Him, we can become bitter with what’s going on in the world, and isolated from the people we need.

Connection is at the heart of our relationship with God. Throughout the Bible, we find powerful teachings that remind us of the importance of being deeply connected to God and to one another.

How about you? Do you sometimes feel like you’re alone on this journey we call life? Want to feel connected? Get God in your life and see what happens.

John 15:5 - “I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.”
